Mastering the Management of Iterative Development
This course focuses on the changes needed to transition from traditional to iterative project management. It does so by discussing the main issues faced by development teams and project managers practicing iterative development within the context of the four phases of the Rational Unified Process (RUP). It also discusses what a project manager can do in order to improve the use of iterative development in future projects.
Upon completion of the course, participants should be able to:
