Developing .NET Windows Applications with C# (Microsoft code: 2555)
This course is only given on demand, for groups that are specifically interested in .NET 1.1.
The course will cover the major topics for Windows client application programming on the .NET Framework. You will learn to create windows forms using predefined controls (simple and advanced), to build your own controls and inheritable forms, and to deal with threading and asynchronous programming issues.
Furthermore, the course covers most topics that are necessary for the construction and deployment of real-world windows applications, such as GDI , simple data access, interoperating with unmanaged code, printing, Web Services consumption, and the localizing, securing and deploying of applications...
